Our Impact

01

We boost the local economy

We support job creation at the local level and promote fair and direct purchasing with a diversified focus on organic products, the production of appropriate technologies and traditional medicines.

03

We offer opportunities for immersion and cultural exchange

We organize a volunteer and hosting program for those interested in the center and contributing to our initiatives. It is an opportunity for an authentic cultural exchange and an immersion in the nature of Lanquin. It brings many benefits of personal development and mutual weaving of local culture, in addition to the cacao that opens hearts.

02

We connect with the community

We cultivate harmonious relationships with surrounding communities through the distribution of appropriate technologies and recognizing the cultural value, ancestral wisdom and revaluation of Mayan spirituality.

04

We give a model to follow

We develop tangible models of regenerative development, applying innovative practices in the production of food, water, energy and housing, focusing on Agroforestry systems.
Creating spaces to share these technologies appropriate to the local community as well as international visitors, as a comprehensive model for economic and ecological resilience under the Q'eqchi' legacy.
